Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • In case of high demand or unforeseen delays, customers will be notified via email/SMS.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–3 business days.
  • Remote/Outstation Areas: Delivery may take up to 10–12 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹[X].
  • Orders below the threshold may incur a standard delivery fee of ₹[X] – ₹[Y].
  • Additional charges may apply for heavy/bulky products.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
  • Orders can be tracked under “My Orders” in your MDEkart account.

Return Policy

Return Window

  • Most items are eligible for return within 2–10 days of delivery, depending on the product category.
  • The specific return period will be mentioned on the product page.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return:
    Go to “My Orders” and raise a return request within the eligible window.
  2. Prepare for Pickup:
    • Product must be in original, unused condition.
    • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.
  3. Pickup & Inspection:
    • Our courier partner will collect the item.
    • Returns are accepted only after quality inspection.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Replacements/Exchanges: Provided if the same product is available.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, unless delivered in a defective or damaged condition. These include:

  • Perishable goods (food, groceries, flowers, etc.)
  • Health & hygiene products (cosmetics, skincare, personal care items)
  • Software, downloadable products, and gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Heavy/bulky items marked non-returnable

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defect, damage, or incorrect item, MDEkart will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due to customer preference (wrong size, dislike, etc.), the customer may bear the return shipping cost.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned without damage, stains, scratches, or missing parts.
  • Tampered packaging or missing invoices may make the item ineligible.
  • Refund/replacement requests are subject to approval after inspection.
