1.Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched.

  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible, but the customer may reject it at the doorstep.

  • Cancellation windows vary across product categories. The time window specified on the product page or order confirmation page will be final.

  • In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply if the request is raised after the specified time window.

  • If the seller cancels the order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product unavailability), a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

  • MDEcart.com reserves the right to accept or decline any cancellation request. We may modify or waive cancellation fees and time windows from time to time.

Hyperlocal Orders (Quick Delivery)

Orders placed under Minutes Delivery cannot be canceled or refunded via self-service, except through our customer support team in the following cases:

  1. Delivery could not be completed within the estimated time.

  2. Order was not picked by the delivery partner.

  3. Seller declined or canceled the order.

  4. Any other valid reason determined by MDEcart.com.

We may also cancel orders (fully or partially) due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Force majeure (events beyond our control)

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Violation of our Terms of Use

  • Logistical constraints

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days. Customers can track refund status in the Order Details section.

2. Returns Policy

The Returns Policy is designed to offer customers a fair and transparent process for refunds, replacements, and exchanges.

  • Return eligibility may vary by product category.

  • The product page policy will override this general policy.

  • Products must be returned in original condition with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and tags intact.

3. Return Pick-Up & Verification

At the time of return pick-up, items will be checked for the following:

  • Correct Product: IMEI/serial number/barcode must match.

  • Complete Product: All accessories, freebies, manuals, and packaging must be intact.

  • Unused Condition: No stains, wear, or usage. Screens must be formatted & iCloud/Google lock disabled for devices.

  • Undamaged Product: No scratches, dents, tears, or damage.

  • Original Packaging: Box must be intact and undamaged.

If any condition is not met, the return may be rejected by the field executive.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed once the product passes seller quality checks.

  • Refund timelines: 5–7 business days (may vary based on payment method and bank processing).

  • In cases where replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated.

5. General Return Rules

  • Only one replacement per product is allowed.

  • If an accessory is missing/damaged, sellers may replace only the accessory or issue store credit.

  • Open Box Deliveries: Customers must check products at delivery. Once accepted, only manufacturer defects will qualify for replacement.

  • For brand-installed products (appliances, furniture, etc.), packaging should not be opened by the customer.
