At MDEkart, your satisfaction is our priority. We provide flexible return windows based on product categories, allowing you to request refunds, replacements, or exchanges for eligible items.
Overview
- Return windows vary from 2 to 10 days depending on product category.
- Only unused, undamaged products in original packaging with all accessories, invoices, and intact MRP tags are eligible.
- Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
- Check the Return Period
- Confirm the return window for your item (2–10 days from delivery).
- Raise a Return Request
- Go to “My Orders” in your MDEkart account and select the item to return.
- Submit a one-time return request within the allowed period.
- Prepare the Item for Pickup
- Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition.
- Include all packaging, accessories, warranty cards, and invoices.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
- Items not eligible:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, grocery items, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards & downloadable software
- Health & personal care items marked non-returnable
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Books with visible signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl records.
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to MDEkart’s error).
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Refunds Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
- If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few working days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless defective/damaged.
Exchanges
- Items can be replaced only if defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, email us at caremdecart@gmail.com.
Gifts
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
- To return your product, please contact us at supportmdecart@gmail.com for return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, return shipping charges may be deducted.
- For high-value items, we recommend trackable shipping or insurance.
